In this advanced stone setting class, we will introduce the basics of channel setting, starting with single stone exercises and progressing to a basic ring.

Students will learn to use heart burs and come to understand the concept of undercutting seats; skills that will translate into other setting approaches as well.

Students must have ample prior faceted stone setting experience and confidence and skill with the flex shaft.

This class is 5 sessions long. Each class meets for 3 hours. If a make-up class is necessary, it can be held on April 4.
