Do you want to see what your jewelry will look like before you make it? In this fast paced workshop you will learn how to illustrate your jewelry designs using watercolor and gouache.

Rendering gold and silver will be covered in the morning and stones will be covered in the afternoon with demonstrations and time for students to practice each technique. Students will each receive printed step-by-step instructions for illustrating gold, silver, pearls, and stones. This workshop is appropriate for all student levels as well as for professionals.

Louise will also be teaching Introduction to Drawing for Jewelry in February for those who would like more drawing experience before taking this course

Materials & Tools
There is a materials kit for this class that includes the drawing and painting supplies needed for the day. It costs $30 and is payable when signing up.

Students Should Bring:

• WATER CONTAINER, 6 – 12 OZ

We will have some of the following items to use during class and share with other students, however, please bring your own, if you have them:

• compass
• adjustable triangles, t-squares or parallel rules
• oval and circle templates
