This course is an introduction to small stone setting including bead setting, channel setting, and micro pave. In this class, students will learn to fashion small tooling, measure and layout stones, set and finish work.

To save time during class, students will work with some pre-fabricated parts, however, there will be demonstrations on how those parts were created. Students can expect to leave with small tools needed for this setting process, finished sampled pieces, and handouts detailing the process.

From classic to couture, students will learn the secrets of the pros. Stone setting experience is required.
