No Torch, No Problem! This class is designed especially for beaders, glass bead artists, and anyone seeking to learn how to take their work to the next level by hand-crafting unique ear wires, clasps, pin backs and chains.
Make beautiful jewelry using techniques which can be easily reproduced at home with a few hand tools, and no torch required. Learn the art of connecting metals with rivets, hinges, wire work and more, including methods for simple stone settings.
This class is 8 sessions long. Each session meets for 3 hours. There will be no class on May 5. If a make-up class is necessary, it will be held on June 16, 2010.

Materials & Tools The materials fee of $50 includes plenty of wire for all sorts of samples and projects. It is payable when signing up.
Students Should Bring:
- Any pliers you already have - make sure to mark them with tape/nail polish so you don't confuse them with other student's tools.
- Any beads you have and would like to work with
- Any pieces of jewelry you've made that you have questions about. This will be used to discuss and find new solutions for design problems.
