Students will then layer their embellished metal with rubber and other non-traditional materials to assemble and make a pendant and bracelet with basic and advanced cold joining techniques.
Learn to make simple, flush, countersunk and ball rivets, as well as spacing and tube rivets. Fabricate a drilling jig and make tube-riveting punches. Next, learn to finish the piece with a dramatic effect by applying a patina. Basic metalsmithing skills required.
