Fresh from the pages of her book, Making Metal Beads, Pauline will show students dozens of different ways to create distinctive small hollow forms: beads!
Students will learn how to make the most basic of double dome beads and their variations and as well as woven, fused, riveted, square and many more designs and techniques as time allows. Pauline will have plenty samples for inspiration and demonstration.
Materials & Tools
There will be a materials fee for this class which will include the silver sheet, wire, and commercial beads to complete your projects. It is payable to the instructor at the beginning of the workshop. The estimated cost of this kit is $60.
Students should bring:
- Hand tools (saw, pliers, saw blades. scribe, sharpie, etc.)
- Magnifiers (if needed)
