Celie is a studio artist and teacher living in Bethel, Vermont. Her work combining PMC (Precious Metal Clay®) with polymer clay is known for its innovative use of these materials. Celie's jewelry has appeared in numerous exhibitions, magazines, and books. She is a Senior Instructor for PMC.
