CeCe Wire is the newly-appointed Director of the PMC Guild. She is also an instructor of Jewelry, Metalsmithing & Design classes at the University of Northern Colorado, and has worked with PMC since it became available in 1996. She has taught PMC classes and workshops since 1997.
