Jeff's first exposure to metalsmithing was stamping number tags for pieces of armour at the Tower of London. After that, she went on to receive a Bachelor of Art in Art History from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Metalsmithing from the Massachusetts College of Art.
Jeff's work has been seen in shows as far away as Seattle, Washington, and as close as Cambridge. Her work to date employs aspects of human language to create primarily jewelry, artists' books, and Jewish ritual objects.
