Tricia Lachowiec has been making jewelry for 14 years. Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she earned her BFA from the University of the Arts in 1996, and her MFA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2006. Over the years, she has worked as a professional goldsmith, jewelry designer, and educator. Most recently, she was a visiting professor in the art metals department at Boise State University. Locally, she has given workshops at Rhode Island College and The Fuller Craft Museum. Tricia's work has also won numerous awards, notably the 2007 Jewelry Arts Award sponsored by Lapidary Journal, as well as a finalist position for the 2008 Niche Award. She currently operates a jewelry studio in Fall River MA.
