| Dr. Bruce Paul Gaber |

Bruce Paul Gaber holds a PhD in biochemistry, and until his retirement three years ago, was a practicing scientist at a great government laboratory. He now indulges his passion for metalwork and photography and works as a free-lance scientific illustrator and animator.
Bruce has worked in metals for 15 years, and studied with master pewtersmiths Fred Fenster and Jon Michael Route. Bruce has taught classes focused on pewter, cabochons, and photography at the Eastern Federation of Mineralogical and Lapidary Societies Wildacres Workshops in Little Switzerland, North Carolina. He is a member of, and has contributed workshops to, the Metals Guild of Maryland and the Guild of Natural Science Illustrators.
