Joy Raskin graduated with a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and a MFA from the University of University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Her work focuses on flatware and fine jewelry. She has sold her work at various high end craft shows such as CraftBoston, Crafts at the Castle, ACC in Baltimore, the Philadelphia Craft Show and the Smithsonian. Her specialties are making spoons and functional utensils, rings, wireweaving, knitting the age-old woven chains, married metals and quirky boxes.
